Survey for MDD, PTSD, or BPD

20 Minute Survey

Study Specific Details:

  • This study aims to generate real-world data related to the diagnosis, treatment, and clinical progression of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and/or Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) to improve treatment outcomes.  
  • One visit – 20-minute survey
  • Participants are given a $20 gift card, for their time, at the end of the completed visit.
  • Inclusion
  • Exclusion
  • Ages 12 or older at time of enrollment.
  • Confirmed diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and/or Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).  
  • Treated for at least one year with at least 2 follow-up visits since initial diagnosis by Dr. Handal, Dr. Pfeifer, or Dr. McCleod at the Dothan Behavioral Medicine Clinic.  
  •  Must be able to use an electronic device to sign informed consent and complete a survey.

No exclusion criteria as this study aims to capture the on-going real-world care of these patients.
